Australia’s crisis services
People with and without ME/CFS and long COVID go through difficult times at one point or another. It is important not to give up hope and to seek help if you need support.
While forum members are here to help and support one another it is important to seek help and speak to a professional when life becomes overwhelming.
You can seek immediate help through one of the following organisations.
